My mouse pointer in Raiser's Edge NXT is off and not aligned with the screen, how do I fix it?

When you're working in Blackbaud's NXT remote services, such as Raiser's Edge or some of their other hosted applications, you are connecting through a product called Citrix.  This application uses lots of settings on your machine to display the content that you are seeing on your monitor through this Citrix application. At times, the alignment of your mouse and what you see through the Citrix application can become out of sync or out of alignment.  This is usually due to settings related to the resolution (how small or big things display on your screen) of your computer and the remote computer you are connecting to through Citrix.
